Your current name servers are

ns1.keytoschool.com. [67.228.38.61 (NO GLUE)] [US]
ns2.keytoschool.com. [67.228.38.62 (NO GLUE)] [US]
dns1.znetindia.com. [67.15.253.220 (NO GLUE)] [US]
dns2.znetindia.com. [74.54.56.236 (NO GLUE)] [US]

Please remove dns1.znetindia.com & dns2.znetindia.com. Send us cname and its value so that we could add it in our DNS records.

For now, you can access your mail at https://www.google.com/a/msrmec.in/

We have added following DNS entry

mail.msrmec.in. CNAME IN 86400 ghs.google.com.

Because now your domain is pointing to our servers all your DNS are also handled by our servers. Whether you keep any DNS entry or not at your side, it won't have any effect.

We have configured your domain to run with Google Apps. Please verify the same.

PS: Changes in DNS may take some time to reflect worldwide.

Hi:

I'm having some problems. I changed my domain from a subdomain (paideus.edumoot.com) to my own domain (paideus.com). Now when I try to access http://paideus.com I get a page for my registrar, but when I use http://www.paideus.com I get to my original, only that the references to images uploaded have been removed.

If I enter paideus.edumoot.com (with or without www) the site is exactly as it was before... What I'd like to achieve is to have http://paideus.com and http://www.paideus.com pointing to the same direction.

In fact, I run nslookup for both paideus.com and www.paideus.com and they both returned the same ip address...

Anyway, all of this was done in order to solve a problem with emails not being delivered to destination. I changed my domain settings and the problem still persists. What should I do? Thanks.

Any change in DNS takes some time to reflect. At present your domain is working fine both with www and without it.

For your email issue you can contact help desk.

PS: At present help desk has many pending tickets in queue so it might take some time to process new tickets.

Ok. Thanks Jai.

The dns problem seems to be solved, it must have been a dns propagation issue. Now I have the problem of my files not being transfered to my new domain... When I enter www.paideus.edumoot.com I see my images (logos and uploaded files) but when I enter www.paideus.com I don't see the images... Is there anything I can do or do I have to upload all the files again? Thanks.

You will have to upload all files again. In case you don't have access to those files contact help desk.
